Our penguin costume for adults features a poly-foam tunic with attached hood and foam penguin feet boot covers. The foam tunic has soft lightweight black material in the back and the wing arms have openings for your hands in the back. There is an attached red bow on the neck of the suite and the hood has large blue eyes and a yellow beak. The yellow foam boot covers are elastic around the ankles and have a black strap on the bottom. Be dressed for success this Halloween when you go in this adult penguin costume!
